Seller was very fair; quality item; shipping was extrrremely slow, and I opened a service ticket because it was stalled so long, tracking said, in one shipping location... Before I knew it, my money was refunded! A week later, my item did arrive. Incredible; I have to assume the fault was with the shipping and the seller was being proactive and incredibly fair. Came in before Christmas and exactly as described. Packaged appropriately to prevent any box or item damage and fairly priced. The seller also had excellent communication with me after purchase to help me get the thing up and running for my daughter's big Christmas ask that I thought would not happen. Great seller def. The product arrived damaged and he immediately refunded with no issues. I didnt even have to send it back. Thats how damaged it arrived... it became a paperweight essentially.
