Le produit a été bien emballé dans un petit carton solide plutôt épais et aussi dans une petite lettre papier bulle. Le ventilateur est neuf correspond parfaitement à la description vu que l'installation a été très rapide. Le ventilateur fonctionne très bien, à voir dans le temps s'il n'y a pas de soucis.
