Ice cream scoop is brand new, original in package! If you know nothing of Thrifty ice cream and this type of scoop they used at the stores, then you've missed out in the best scoop ever invented! Shipping was on time, packaging kept the solid metal scoop safe, but the plastic mfg. packaging cracked which would have been a bummer for a collector. Mine is being used so not a problem here!!
