Easy process overall. The küaț Rack Dock arrived in just cardboard & bubble wrap, rather than original packaging. There is no damage, so I’m happy about that. Also, it did not come with the mounting hardware, the 1.25in adapter, or the tools. The seller only mentioned the 1.25in adapter in the item description, so I should have checked the description a little bit better. However, for the price, availability, and speed of receiving the küaț Rack Dock, I’m pleased.
Drive finally arrived (po issue) appears to be in good shape. Chipped case corner not disclosed by seller( I saw it in the picture after the item arrived, the chipped section is visible in the photo from a top view only). As this is a parts only item it may or may not work (possible shock damage). I thought it was parts only because seller cannot test item. We shall see.
The Apple Time Capsule was as described, shipped on time, was extremely well packed, and at a great price! The seller double wrapped the package in heavy duty black bubble wrap with an interior layer of cardboard...awesome job! The Time Capsule works fine! Great seller! Thanks!
