Item took longer in shipping and delivery was later than estimated. I do not think the seller was the reason for late delivery.

  3. Only negative was the grease drip drawer was broken in delivery. Griddle was very well packaged and padded for shipping . We still had our old drawer which fits perfectly, so it’s still a win. The griddle was spotless, barely used, and shipped promptly. We would highly recommend seller.
