EXCELLENT Seller! FEDEX messed up (as usual) but this seller went above and beyond getting the ball rolling again. FEDEX held my item for almost a week with no movement and wouldn’t do anything to help me. But this seller got involved and my item was delivered a couple days later. Don’t know how this Seller got FEDEX to do their job but I’m so glad they did! I’m very happy with my new cookware and also with this seller! EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE…5 stars across the board!!!
