Everything was well packaged with quick shipping, and thr price tag was way below the market, but the item DID NOT come as described. However, even though the seller states they do not accept refunds, the seller worked with me to get the item return order filled out since it was faulty, which is why I give them four stars. Everything was amazing about this purchase aside from the drive failing. Pro tip if you've read this far, always check the warranty status on a product. Mine was still covered

Item arrived in a timely manner. It was listed as "open box" and it came in the original packing. Nicely done! The item was in great working condition - the pictures were the same as the product that shipped. Nice and clean and no visible wear. The price was definitely nice. I saved a lot over buying the product new off of the manufacturer's website. Very pleased with the seller.

No issues with the product. Everything works well. As described. Perfect packing. After placing the order just shut up and wait for your package. Don't ask anything to the seller as the kindhearted guy not like to share about the product we purchased. Read everything from the product description itself.
