This item is exactly as described. It arrived in perfect condition and was well packaged. I really like the temp control, the hidden cord and the automatic shut off after an hour features. Even though it said used, it arrived in new condition in original packaging. It is definitely high value and I am very pleased with the price and it looks great on my bathroom shelf.
