Shipping speed and packaging was above average, even though the item description wasn't the item listed...Were humans and we make mistakes as maybe they just thought it was what they listed was true to the best of there knowledge..Customer service was prompt and despite the bad reviews about refund i found that they were very quick to issue refund so besides the hiccup of wrong item.The experience was above average...will do business in future....
i ordered on a friday so i had to wait until the upcoming monday for them to create a label but once they did they shipped it quite quickly. it was thrown in a little plastic bag but none of the packaging was damaged or anything. i got what was described on the listing and it was a great value considering i could not find the specific model that i needed anywhere else. will definitely buy from them in the future.
