This seller responded to my questions in a very timely manner while others did not even respond. All things being equal, I'd always chose the sellers I feel that I'm treated with respect. This aside, the box was ripped on one side upon receipt, which I was afraid it might've impacted the garbage disposal inside. But fortunately, the product was intact. I'm hoping that this new product will function well but we haven't had it installed yet so I can't comment. I'd give this seller positive review.
