All the packages containing the cartridges were opened and taped back closed. It said in the description that the box was open only to show the packages that held the cartridges were unopened. The pictures show the packages for the cartridges we factory sealed.

Great transaction overall. USPS Screwed up and took almost three weeks to deliver but it finally made it and the item is as described in excellent condition.
