The keyboard I bought was shipped in a timely manor. There was an issue with the rechargeable battery and it would not hold a charge. Contacted the seller and she immediately refunded my money. Unfortunately we could not use the product but fortunately we were provided with quick and satisfactory customer service. Speaks volumes for small businesses that take great care of their customers.Would be happy to do business with seller again. Thank you for taking care of us.

It was so nice to have the seller notify me right away.Exactly as described, seller shipped quickly and easy to communicate with. Great job on the packaging and the pricing was the best part. I ordered 2 of the Roomba filters but only received one. Upon my notification, the seller realized the error and promised to ship the missing item. I received a filter for a different model of Roomba, which I could not use. The seller then did ship the second correct item. Communication was great!! ALL IS WELL!
