Luxury watches are always scarey to purchase on a platform like eBay. Lots of sellers disclosing the slightest amount of info & details, usually referring to the pics for the actual shape they're in. While I am not so excited with eBays performance on the purchase, I am impressed by Watches of Charlotte & the great communication. The watch was exactly as described, actually, almost better, as it appears to be brand new. Thanks Christian, love the watch, I hope to work with you in the future.
Highly recommend Christian and Watches of Charlotte. First time buying used time piece (gold Cartier), and felt I got great value. Watch was just as described, runs well, power reserve tad light (~24hr) after winding, prob could do with a service. Christian was very responsive throughout, and mailed to Ebay authenticator same day. Ebay was timely (~1 day turnaround), but Fedex kept watch for five days (Thanksgiving, and no weekend delivery). All in, I'm very satisfied, would buy again.
I was a bit hesitant to buy from a seller with a relative low amount of feedback. But everything turned out very good. The watch pictures were very detailed showing all parts of the case, dial, bracelet and so on. An offer was answered right away and purchase was made in the evening. The watch was shipped the next morning and arrived 4 days later, including a stop at the authenticator. Everything was packed with care, even bubble wrap inside the box.
