I reviewed others feedback before purchasing but needed a dress they had listed. Communication could improve- asked when it would be mailed “ I have 5 business days to mail”. Dress was mailed on 6th business day, tracked / accepted after 9p. Label printed one day prior. NWT wedding party - formal dress was wadded into a 8”x 6” poly bag. Dress was as described. Buyers beware!
The replacement parts were shipped quickly. I was a little nervous when I saw the paper mailer they were in since they are replacing broken parts from a different set. Thankfully everything arrived just as pictured and intact, wrapped in several layers of packing paper. I’m very happy with my purchase, thank you!!
