Although Aeropostale improperly sized the fabric loop that secures the fly to the metal stud button, the loop was too small to easily unbutton but it likely can be fixed and that was not the seller's fault, definitely a factory error. The seller packed the item well, shipped quickly, and the pants arrived as described, thank you :)
I have to give a 5 star review to this seller. When I received the item was had been damaged during shipping. I contacted her about the damage and right away she refunded the total I paid. I think that is admirable for her to be willing to do a refund. Great seller and one I will go back to.
