Great customer service — the seller communicated promptly and proactively about the delivery. When delivery was delayed the seller provided additional study materials at no cost which was greatly appreciated. The only drawback was that I didn’t realize the book would be a photocopied version. That said, it still contains the requested content, and both the pages and cover are good quality. I do feel it’s slightly overpriced considering it’s a copy.
I was reluctant to buy from this seller seeing that they are in another country but I ended up buying from them because it was a good deal. I’m glad I did. Though the item was delayed at first - due to no fault of the seller - they reached out and found a way to expedite my product. So pleased with the service. The item is a book and it came wrapped, brand new. Quality service. I will be buying the other books later.
I’m really happy that I got this original product! I received it a couple days back nd am pleased that arrived in great condition, well packaged! Thank you, Seller.
