USPS absolutely destroyed the package and the glasses case, yet the glasses frame was actually undamaged. Seller was responsive, professional, and friendly when notified. Seller agreed to send a replacement case at a later date, when one became available, and has stuck to that informal agreement. The prices on the Etnia frames are some of the lowest you'll find anywhere and I wouldn't hesitate to order from this seller again. Item was exactly as described.
