Thank you - Great communication, amazing packaging that kept my bowls protected & shipping price was spot on. The seller had a fair price for beautiful china that complements the vintage Japanese set my mother left for me. The bowls were exactly as described, high quality & met my expectations. As an aside, a lot of china sold on eBay by others have shipping prices that may be more than the piece for sale! Sellers don’t try to make up $$ thru shipping fees - it’s a HUGE turn off.
The seller was wonderful and really took great care in packing this fragile item trying to get it to me in one piece. At no fault of their own, the shipping carrier did not take care with this fragile item which was clearly marked and it came broken, but the seller was totally willing to refund my cost for it. Greatly appreciate their willingness to keep their customer happy. I would highly recommend them.
