This air soft mag holder is designed to be put horizontally on a belt, or maybe vertically on a vest strap. I guesstimate it to be able to hold about a 5" mag. The bottom part of the plastic clip can be adjusted some with the Velcro to lengthen or shorten it. I believe it came with the vest originally. I don't think my son used it much, if at all. The fabric is still pretty stiff, and not broken in. There are some scratches on the plastic clip, probably more from rubbing against stuff in the bag than from use. Smoke free home.
