fare product but the shipping I don't agree with. The bumper came folded up in a box. My experience in this style of shipping its 50/50 weather or not the bumper is damaged and then that leads to timely email exchange to get it resolved. In the meantime, if you run a body shop your delayed in the delivery of the vehicle you're working on. As expected, this bumper has a broken tap. If I had known, it was being shipped folded up I would not have purchased the item. I overlooked the description.
Unfortunately the post office had to send the item back because it was sent to the wrong address ( in a far away state ). This was not the sellers fault, eBay defaulted our address to our previous one and we did not catch it in time to correct it . The seller promptly refunded the money as soon as they received the package back. So we are pleased with their response and action.
1st item received was heavily damaged. Seller shipped another at no additional cost with great communication. 2nd also arrived slightly damaged but can be repaired. Not the sellers fault. Packaging could be better from the factory and FedEx could handle it better but won't.
