I received an email from the seller stating that the original packaging on the product was damaged, so they offered a discount if I would accept the phone case with damaged packaging. I agreed. They promptly issued a refund. The minor damage to the box (which I was going to throw away anyway) was inconsequential. The buyer shipped quickly and offered a fair deal.
The product arrived exactly as shown in the photo and described, working perfectly. It is identical to a new one, just with an open box. The price was more than reasonable. Highly recommended seller. It meets all my expectations-an excellent product.
