Before purchasing I sent the seller a question and they responded thoughtfully and promptly. The case I bought was listed as "used" but it was still in pretty much perfect condition. If not for the fact that it didn't come in the original box, I would have believed that it was new. Shipping was prompt and arrived fast. Given that the case was 1/3rd of the cost of a brand new one, I am extremely happy with my purchase. 5 Star seller.
Perfect seller. The pictures matched the product exactly. Fast shipping. Product was listed as used, but it came in original packaging, with instructions, and looked brand new...can't ask for more. One missing accessory was clearly mentioned in the description so no surprises. Transactions like this are what makes ebay great.
Arrived within a couple days, item was just as described, I ordered the wrong one and it would not fit my tripod, I ordered the wrong size , when I contacted them they sent me a return tag and was able to return, , they were very helpful, would definitely do business with them again
