I am terribly sorry for not having left a review. I thought I had done one previously. In any event, the seller was excellent in communicating with me about the shipping and likely arrival of this collection. I think the price was great given what others were selling the same collection for on eBay. Then shipping was done in a careful and expeditious manner. The collection itself was exactly as pictured/stated in the listing and of excellent quality. Arigato gozaimasu!
FedEx collected the VAT but added another charge they call “clearance end user fee” plus smaller charges they call “cash duty” and “handling fee”. All this as the item was supposed to be “free shipping.” This is a problem with FedEx. They are basically charging both ends of the transaction for the same thing. eBay should not use FedEx.
