The item was exactly as pictured and this was what I was looking for. However the packaging was a little disappointing, understand this was a discounted item, however it was a very expensive dress and to see it squeezed into such a small bag and arrived crushed si the condition and appearance was not very good. I understand the cost of shipping is expensive however the dress deserved a small box or bigger bag and better wrapping at the very least.

After purchasing the item, I waited for it to be shipped and inquired a few days later. They said the item was lost in the warehouse and they are searching for it and canceled my purchase. I asked to be notified if it reappeared, but I never heard anything again. I found it a pity that I had to keep asking and never received any proactive information. Customer service could be improved.
