This was meant as a gift for someone, and both the receiver and I are really pleased! Item exactly as described, arrived earlier than expected, and was very well packaged. The seller even included a cute keychain plush that matches the bag — such a sweet touch that really adds to the gift! Great communication, I highly recommend this seller.
Despite some miscommunications at the outset, but the overall transaction process was excellent. The item was as new and as was described and the shipping was swift once the tracking number was given. I have been dealing with various Japanese shops and suppliers for the last 3 years , and indeed they are trustworthy and they are the best.
Shoes are just as photographed. Took a few days to actually ship out but once it did it was quick and item was packaged nicely. My only comment is that there was no response to a message after purchasing but it was not going to change anything about the order. Overall great shopping experience.
