Seller very kind & communicative throughout entire process. Answered all questions promptly & honestly. Kept me in the loop on customs fees and what/when to expect to pay them. Handbag came just as described & as shown in photos, if not better. Seller very clear where issues were & when I received the bag, I could barely notice anything, & I thoroughly inspected. Packaging was intact, no rips/tears/holes, handbag was bubble wrapped for additional protection. Will definitely do business again!
There was a little confusion with the shipping from DHL but it was not the sellers fault. The item is in great condition and is as described. The value of the item does seem to be pushing it for the price, but I do love the item. The packaging could use a little more care, I think a dust bag and a box for a luxury item like this is a must have for the safety and experience of purchasing the item. The item was wrapped in bubble wrap and arrived in a bag, I was lucky there was no shipping damage.

The item is as described which is excellent condition, top quality. Pricing was very reasonable and it came with free shipping.
