Omg I cannot thank enough this seller. My first package was lost in the mail. I contacted them and the seller right the way contacted me back. They responded quickly and resolved my issue right the way. Honestly seller. Fast shipping and fast customer service. I recommend this seller 💯. I definitely buying again from the seller. I never had a lost package coming internationally, this was my first time and this seller was honestly and helpful.
The tie is beautiful and as described. Seller was courteous and helpful with communications, despite a one week delay on shipping. My only complaint is the exorbitant final cost of tax (on an international shipment?), as well as the full cost of the tariffs, which brought a $215.99 purchase to almost $300. Not the Sellers fault, but this is my last purchase from Japan.
