Box came smashed to hell and the tape and label were literally coming undone. Looks like it was packaged by a Kindergartner. Fortunate purse wasn’t damaged in shipment. For a $200+ purchase, at minimum, include enough interior packaging where the top of the box doesn’t flex. Purse was nice for the price, but I was expecting the strap and other components to be covered in protective wrap like the picture. Mine had zero protection.
Seller was very responsive because I wanted the bag sooner so I paid for expedited shipping. He provided tracking the next morning. The bag was wrapped well with tags in new condition. Will buy from seller again. I love when sellers communicate with buyers. I has asked another seller for expedited shipping that I would cover and just got a NO with no other comment. Needless to say I won’t ever buy from them.
Beautiful bag! Even prettier in person. It's well made, definitely brand new and a great value for the quality. The seller was great to deal with. They were very responsive and shipped fast.
