After searching for a few years I finally located this bag that has sentimental value to me, I couldn’t purchase it directly from Coach as it was sold out and discontinued. Item was exactly what they showed and was packaged very good. It also came in very quick about a week after I purchased the product. Communication with the seller was excellent, although I was looking for an English version they informed me it was in Japanese and even offered a refund if I wanted before shipping.
