I was very disappointed because this jacket was exactly what I had been looking for, and I was excited to receive it. The seller arranged shipping right away after I made the purchase; unfortunately there was a problem with the shipping. The seller was very responsible to notice the shipping problem and address it right away to refund me the sales price and notify me that this had been done.
Perfect brand new shoes! Great quality - flawless. Pricing was $60 dollars cheaper than Amazon, so great value. Came in original product box with secure packaging. Great shopping experience with this seller! Two thumbs up! Not a whole of lot direct communication from seller, but did receive an auto message about the product arriving - after I had already received it. Not a big deal.
Vans Mary Janes: brand new in box, perfect, good quality, good price, looks great. The weird part was that I ordered here on ebay, then they arrive in a box with fresh Zappos receipts, and my UPS notifications are all, “your Amazon package was delivered.” Same tracking, etc. I mean, I could have ordered them from Zappos myself… kind of duplicitous
