The lamp was destroy ed in shipping due to poor packing. I contacted the seller. She wants me to send back part of product no destroyed. It was a gorgeous red Fenton lamp. Now I need to dispose of it. The bottom is wreaked. Response slow. A very stressful experience. She sent in 2 separate packages 1st , arriving 3 days before the second package. Top was good, bottom little or no padding, shattered. Now she wants me to wrap go to post office and spend money to send the top back, really ??
