I ordered a 512 GB and a 1TB USB drive. When they arrived their packages were incorrectly labeled. The drive in the package marked 1TB was actually a 512 GB drive. and the package labeled 512 was actually 1 TB. This caused me a bit of confusion because I tried to use the one marked 1TB first and saw it was half that. Otherwise no issues.
providing of shipping and tracking information was very slow I had to contact seller to demand shipping and tracking info ! After that info was provided item came well packaged and is functioning as intended, once seller resolves those issues should be a decent seller,
Item was inadvertently sent to an incorrect address, but Seller promptly reshipped replacement. Communication could have been better, but the end result was good.
