I was initially skeptical about purchasing because of the price and shipping times but was happily surprised. Processing was in a decent time, delivery was sooner then expected and the customer service was better than expected. Product came in proper packaging and item was as promised and worked as it should. I want to note that the customer representative who started the process sent me a picture of the shipping label and product before the item went out which I think is above and beyond!

Issue first started when Seller uploaded wrong tracking number on ebay, as the item arrived sooner that the real tracking stated. This would impact item not working return as the return date expired by the real shipping date.Then the item was faulty did not charge and was not recognized by device. Thankfully intelligent seller understood issue and corrected it immediately. Ebay CS rep was useless, did not listen, did not care! Thanks for nothing ebay!

What a great seller on eBay! Highly recommended! Per tracking number information, my paid item was returned to the seller/shipper for an unknown reason. The seller provided a refund to me; however, next day the item was delivered to my mailbox. I offered to pay for the product. The seller did not accept my offer... this seller is awesome! The one of a kind product (a smoke alarm battery) works great too!
