Shipping was very fast and it was packed in factory box like new. The item was boxed in sturdy box and very well protected from damage with another packing box to keep from movement and damage. Item did not work for our needs and seller offered return. Seller worked with us and was 100% five star seller start to finish. Would buy form him in future and highly recommend this seller.
Arrived in 8 days. Packaged in box. Faux boots as described. The price was a good value. Is missing one of the buttons on boot, which is on photo. Will just have to locate one at the fabric store to match. Thanks, R
