I received the wrong product and when I sent the message they responded quickly… i received the return label n just got the correct putter within a couple days… mistakes happen, it’s the service and response you receive that makes the difference, and the seller was excellent in all aspects of the transaction and replacement… highly recommend this seller due to great customer service n as described product.
Item arrived appropriately packaged and as advertised. Seller was very prompt at shipping my order but UPS was not nearly as efficient as they changed expected delivery date three times and finally delivered at 10:15 p.m., two days later than originally expected. Despite poor performance of UPS, I am totally satisfied with and would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again.
