It does come everything included in the photo which includes a Canon EF-RF adapter as well. I bought this camera from a NASCAR photographer. It is quite used with a shutter count of ~220,000. Fortunately, it is rated for 500,000 shutter actuations. The only thing wrong with it is the dial by the shutter button. It sometimes works and sometimes doesn't work. It has a lot of life left and there are some scrapes and dings here and there, but it functions great. Only selling so I can go back to Sony. The original box is in rough shape and it is not covered by warranty anymore. Thank you for looking at my listing and ask any questions if you need any clarification!
