Shipping was fast. Seller worked with me to get the item to me before Thanksgiving. Item was well packed and nicely folded. It seemed freshly laundered. She also answered questions about how to wash it, as the tag had faded. She sent extra pictures to help me with the color when I had questions, as it was a "warm white" not a true white, not a true ivory. So yes, it was as described.
