I can say it was the best experience buying an item on eBay, I got a message from the seller about 30 minutes after my purchase was confirmed and was telling me that if there was any issues to message them and it would all be sorted out, I messaged back and forth four or five times and was always very nice and quick to reply and also showed some interest in the bike I'm rebuilding for my dad, 10/10 experience would definitely buy from them again
The item is as advertised. And, it arrived many weeks earlier than expected. Sadly, due to the originally posted date of arrival 6 weeks out, I ordered from another business. I promptly tried to cancel this order, 1hour after placing but was not allowed to do so. They said it had already shipped and I should return the unwanted item after it arrived. The seller was very gracious and generous when negotiating the refund. All is well.
Great product and smooth transaction. But wonder why it took 4 days to get to me when we are 3 hours driving time apart ?
