Shipping was fast and efficient, it seemed like it was vacuum sealed, so the package was small and dense (which I think temporarily compacts the garment, I thought I had the wrong size until I got it on and stretched out). I really appreciated that the seller pointed out very clearly and obviously any defects. It was exactly as described, and an authentic Patagonia sweatshirt. I feel like I got a great deal!
