The case does have areas of mirror-like finish which are prone to hairlines (marks visible when with high resolution cameras or if angled at certain lighting. Pictures are part of the description so please refer to the pictures in determining the condition. Pictures are of the exact watch being offered. The watch was submitted to Cartier for a service and polish in December of 2024, service records are included with the watch. It is also covered under the factory Cartier warranty which is extended to the year 2028. Included with the watch are Cartier box and warranty card, initially dated in 2020. The case is made of 18k rose gold, most displaying a mirror finish with the exception of the case back which shows a satin finish. It is paired with an 18k rose gold bracelet (currently fits up to a 6 inch wrist) also of a mirror finish. Functions are shown on a silver guilloche dial with diamond hour markers and blue sword hands. These functions include hours and minutes. This watch has passed through our service center where it was first checked inside and out to certify its authenticity. After that, it passed a functionality test to confirm it is running up to manufacturer's standards and water resistant. Lastly, the serial number was run through a database to verify its legitimacy. We will issue receipts and a certificate of authenticity and test it once again prior to delivery. This watch will be backed by our in-house warranty.
The buying and authentication process has been awesome. FedEx on the other had did not fulfill their delivery window. Their posted delivery time was between 0900-2pm. They revised their delivery window with no reason given to 2-4:30. So the birthday gift will be late and I will not be able to deliver it. I would suggest UPS for future deliveries! So after phoning FedEx and asking them not to leave a sticker on my door as it is a sign to thieves, of course they did. So angry
Watch was exactly as represented and seller exceeded my expectations in service, product knowledge and the watch as delivered was solid by all measurable. They understand the diligence needs of collectors of vintage and special watches. They were patient with information requests and knowledgeable in their responses.
