The watches (I purchased 2) arrived in Australia promptly and in a well packaged box, the Brazilian Orients where as described, so that is brand new in there Orient boxes, the watches & bands still had there factory plastic wrap on them, they both had all accessories, so the spare silicon strap/band etc and the manuals where with them, I can only say this seller is honest and sells what he advertises and then dispatches quickly with DHL, I highly recommend this seller AAAAA+++++
