The seller needs to be more communicative and answer questions timely. I asked a question about the one of the pictures of earrings before purchase and was given wrong information. When I received the earrings, I had to repair them myself due to the flaw I had originally spotted in the picture. The seller was willing to accept the return if I wanted, but I decided to keep the earrings. Less snark and more communication would benefit this seller.
As beautiful as described, in the one email they answered out of 3. Very hard to communicate with, but it seems their items have very accurate descriptions. However , the personal answer to questions is what sold this. You should do it more often.
Very expensive international postage - that was very slow and had no signature at delivery. So very disappointed with postage. However the ring itself is gorgeous, perfect width, high quality and exactly what I was looking for.
