The quality is amazing. The condition of Henry is used which is as described. The value was reasonable due to the character being a bit hard to find. The appearance of it is just amazing, everything looks nice a new even though it’s been used. Not to mention how fast it delivered. I suggest more people to order from this seller, they were able to contact me and update me about the package. Item was new as described and shipped very well packaged. As some other reviews have described there is the chance of an atypical shipping process. I messaged the seller after the item did not ship on the 10th business day and was told the item was lost and he had to order a new one. This was concerning because it's an item that is no longer in production and would not have gotten attention had I not messaged them. After a few days the tracking updated and eventually arrived as described.
This was the 2nd dealer that I tried. The 1st left me hanging for nearly 2 months. This dealer was a different experience. I am so very pleased with his dedication as well as fast response to all questions. I got the AR5700D in about 3 weeks. AND, even though you get all sorts of warnings about basically unknown additional cost for buying from Japan or China, I filled out the form for FEDEX and ended up with $0.00 additional cost. I’m super happy with the AR5700D and with this dealer.
