Upon delivery of the vases, after I unwrapped the protective bubble wrap, the one ass was damaged along the base. even though they were quite well wrapped, USPS strikes again! I immediately contacted the seller, and they responded almost immediately. They resolved the matter quickly. I would buy/recommend this seller again given the opportunity. Thanks again.
