Exactly as described and packaged very well. I bought this less than a week before my son's birthday. Just as described - great condition for great price. Works well. Box was damaged in shipping, so I was concerned at the lack of bubble wrap or foam to buffer the ceramic hotplate inside. Fortunately there was no damage to contents of box.
