Received Christmas tree that is different model than ordered. Happypaws should have sent me a message before shipping. Let me have an opportunity to decide. I sent message about this in consideration of a return with return shipping covered. Reply from Happypaws said sorry I did not like tree sent and provided way for me to receive full refund plus prepaid return shipping. Since then, I decided to keep the tree. I think Happypaws should have been forthcomming.
