I ordered this product because it was listed as "new", but when it arrived I was disappointed to find out it was used. Seller texted me asking for me to call him. He explained there are two models of Reefton sunglasses. He asked that I return the parts he sold me and and include my frames so that he could make a proper repair. He is doing that for no additional charge. Outstanding service! Above and beyond.
