I ordered this product because it was listed as "new", but when it arrived I was disappointed to find out it was used. Initially, I was frustrated, but the seller quickly responded and made things right offering a price to match the product condition. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product and how the seller resolved the situation.
Seller texted me asking for me to call him. He explained there are two models of Reefton sunglasses. He asked that I return the parts he sold me and and include my frames so that he could make a proper repair. He is doing that for no additional charge. Outstanding service! Above and beyond.
Had some issues but he helped me resolve them within minutes of contacting him. He is sending me a new set which I will pay him directly. SORRY ABOUT THE MISCOMMUNICATION ON MY END. He seems to be hard working man trying to help his family.
