I had a very positive experience. The whole process from beginning to end was seamless. The bag was as described. Shipping speed was great. Ebay could have packed the bag better after authentication. It was pretty loose in the box. I ended up having to return the bag only because it was too heavy for my body type. I made sure to pack the bag very well when I returned the bag. The seller gave me no grief for returning the bag. I would definitely shop with this seller again!

BEAUTIFUL! Love it! Great seller, super fast shipping, very nicely packaged (wrapped in a nice ebay bag, inside a nice cellophane bag with a ribbon, in a box with packaging cushions) box securely secured with tape! Item exactly as described and still smells like new leather 😍 and for the price! I cant believe it! Seems brand new! I definitely rhi k the cost vs value is well worth it! awesome ladies!
