I sent a message before it was shipped (ticket wasn’t created) that I’d ordered the wrong item (because it was only the card holding part of a wallet for that amount), but no response. A day and 1/2 later, I received a response that the item was shipped— and no returns. Very unfortunate, but I did make the mistake, so it’s just a lesson learned. I will gift it to someone else. I’ve not taken it out of the package.
